This will be your playground

As a Call Angel, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers (companies with 10-100 employees) on a daily basis, aiming to set appointments for our sales team.

You play a crucial role in expanding our customer base. Your tasks include making outbound calls, identifying key decision-makers, and effectively communicating our E.S.S. principle to generate interest.

Your X-Factor

  • Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and persuasive speaking abilities.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
  • Active Listening: Understanding customer needs and responding effectively.
  • Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet and exceed targets.
  • Time Management: Efficiently managing call schedules and follow-ups.
  • Problem-Solving: Handling objections and finding solutions.
  • Adaptability: Quickly adjusting approach based on customer responses.
  • Confidence: A Yes-I-can mentality.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management tools.
  • Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Location: You live in West-Flanders and work from our office at Zedelgem
