Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As a Driven Account Manager, you will be the face of our company in West-Flanders, responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with key clients.

Your mission: to understand the client’s needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive growth by achieving and surpassing sales targets. You’ll be an ambassador for the Telsmart platform and our E.S.S. principle.

Your X-Factor

  • Client Engagement: Regularly meet with clients to build and sustain strong relationships.
  • Solution Selling: Offer bespoke solutions that perfectly fit the client’s needs.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure clients are not just satisfied, but delighted.
  • Innovation: Bring fresh ideas to the table and take initiative in driving new business opportunities.
  • Proven Sales Track Record: You have a history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-Motivated: You’re driven by results and enjoy taking initiative.
  • CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools to manage client relationships.
  • Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience: You are experienced (min. 3 years) in selling high quality IT and VOIP solutions in a B2B environment.
  • Hunting and farming: You spend 70% of your time actively hunting for new opportunities and 30% farming on existing accounts.
